Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
One child from 12 to 16 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 18 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half board costs EUR 8.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.


The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
